Kits Point me to the Beach!
Two bedroom townhome on Kits Point? Lets make it three…
Some projects just speak to you. This one was exciting right from the start. Our client had the ideas and the inspiration but didn’t want to work with a designer. She knew what she wanted, made quick decisions and had a real eye for design so things worked out beautifully. Millwork slats in stairwells to add light, concrete micro topping for the fireplace and kitchen hood fan, millwork and glass stair railings, so many interesting materials and aesthetics added real character to this reno. We managed to add value to this property by expanding it into a 3 bedroom unit from a 2 bedroom and den, with additional square footage on the top floor flex space after some post and beam work. It’s a beautiful thing when a large part of the cost of our reno is earned back by wins like these in addition to the rise in value through the renovation itself. Great client, great ideas, great result!
